Terms of service
Effective date: 25 September 2026
These Terms of Service apply to the website https://rhama.co and to orders placed through that website.
1. Business identity and contact details
The website https://rhama.co (the Website) is owned and operated by Taarakesh Tech Private Limited, trading as RHAMA (RHAMA, we, us or our), a company incorporated in India.
Registered office: B16, Portion-B, Keshopur Industrial Area, West Delhi, Delhi 110018, India
Customer-care email: support@rhama.co
Customer-care telephone: +91 98108 36934
Grievance Officer: J. Singh
Grievance telephone: +91 93117 79652
Grievance email: support@rhama.co
RHAMA sells fragrance, beauty and personal-care products directly through the Website. We do not claim to be connected with, endorsed by or authorised by any other brand, public authority or organisation unless that relationship is expressly and truthfully stated.
2. Scope of these Terms
These Terms govern your use of the Website, your account, and any purchase made through the Website. The following policies also apply and form part of the agreement where relevant:
If these Terms conflict with the Privacy Policy regarding the collection, use, disclosure or protection of personal data, the Privacy Policy will control for that subject. If an order confirmation contains a specific term that does not conflict with applicable law, that term will control for the particular order.
Nothing in these Terms limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be limited under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, or another applicable Indian law.
3. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account, placing an order, submitting content, or using a Website feature that asks you to accept these Terms, you agree to these Terms. Browsing or using the Website remains subject to the applicable intellectual-property, acceptable-use, privacy and security provisions stated here.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order. A person under 18 may use the Website or place an order only through a parent or legal guardian.
If you use the Website or place an order for another person, you confirm that you are authorised to provide the necessary details and act for that person.
4. Accounts and information provided by you
An account is not required unless the relevant Website feature expressly says otherwise. Where guest checkout is available, you may place an order without creating a permanent customer account.
You must provide information that is accurate, current and reasonably complete for account creation, checkout, payment, delivery, returns and customer support. You are responsible for protecting your password and account-access details. If you reasonably suspect unauthorised access, notify us promptly at support@rhama.co.
Personal information provided by you is not treated as public merely because it was entered on the Website. We will handle it in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
5. Product information and responsible use
We aim to present product names, descriptions, sizes, quantities, ingredients, prices, availability, images and packaging accurately. Display colours may vary slightly because of device settings. We may make a non-material packaging change that does not alter the identity, quantity, quality or safe use of the product. We will not knowingly substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
Fragrance perception, projection and longevity are subjective and may vary with skin, application, climate, storage and individual perception. Customer reviews describe individual experiences and do not guarantee that another customer will have the same experience.
RHAMA perfumes and personal-care products are cosmetic products unless a product page and applicable licence truthfully state otherwise. They are not represented as medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a disease. RHAMA does not promise or guarantee that a fragrance will cause attraction, change another person's behaviour, alter physiology or produce a medical or therapeutic result.
Read the product label, ingredient information, warnings and directions before use. Use the product only as directed. Keep fragrance products away from eyes, flame and heat and out of the reach of children. Stop using a product and seek appropriate advice if you experience a significant adverse reaction.
Nothing in this section removes any right relating to an unsafe, defective, spurious, expired or misdescribed product.
6. Orders and formation of the sale contract
Products displayed on the Website are invitations to place an order. Your order is an offer to purchase the selected products at the amount shown in the final checkout summary.
An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we received the order but does not by itself mean that we accepted it. We accept the order when we send a dispatch confirmation or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance. The contract for that order is then formed between you and Taarakesh Tech Private Limited.
Before acceptance, we may contact you to verify your identity, delivery address, payment status or Cash on Delivery request. We may refuse or cancel an order for a genuine and documented reason, including:
- the product is unavailable;
- the delivery address is outside a serviceable area;
- payment was not authorised or confirmed;
- an obvious pricing, description or technical error occurred;
- reasonable fraud, security, unlawful-resale or misuse checks were not passed;
- the order breaches a disclosed purchase limit; or
- acceptance or fulfilment would violate applicable law.
We will not replace an accepted order price with a higher price without first obtaining your agreement. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will notify you and initiate the applicable refund within the period required by law and our Return, Exchange and Refund Policy.
7. Price, availability, taxes and other charges
Product price and availability on the product page, cart, checkout and order confirmation should be consistent. The final amount payable, including any applicable tax, delivery charge, Cash on Delivery charge or other mandatory charge, will be displayed before you confirm the order.
We may change a product's price or availability for future orders. A change does not alter a previously accepted order, except where you agree to a correction of an obvious error or applicable law requires a different result.
An item described as in stock should be available for purchase and capable of being added to the cart. If stock becomes unavailable after you order, we will inform you and provide the applicable cancellation, replacement choice or refund.
8. Promotions, coupons, bundles and gifts
Discount codes, bundles, gifts, crossed-out prices and promotional offers may have disclosed conditions concerning validity dates, eligible products, customer eligibility, minimum order value, quantity, channel and permitted use. The conditions must be available before purchase.
We may reject an expired, duplicated, manipulated, unauthorised or otherwise ineligible promotional claim. If a valid promotion is applied, the reduced price must appear in the cart or checkout before you confirm the order.
Any countdown, scarcity statement, original price, saving, rating, review count, guarantee or performance statement on the Website must reflect the genuine offer and available evidence. These Terms do not make an inaccurate or unavailable offer valid.
9. Payment and Cash on Delivery
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include conventional electronic payment methods and Cash on Delivery where serviceable. Payment is processed through authorised third-party payment providers. Their security checks and payment-processing terms may also apply to the part of the service they control.
RHAMA generally receives the payment status, transaction reference, payment method and limited transaction information needed to process the order. Full card credentials are ordinarily collected and processed by the payment provider rather than stored by RHAMA.
Cash on Delivery may be unavailable for certain pincodes, order values, products, customers or promotions. We may request reasonable confirmation before dispatching a Cash on Delivery order. We will disclose any Cash on Delivery fee before order confirmation.
10. India sales, shipping and delivery
RHAMA currently accepts orders for delivery to addresses within India. Orders for another country are not accepted unless RHAMA expressly enables that country and publishes the corresponding price, tax, shipping, returns and delivery terms before purchase.
Available delivery locations, shipping charges, dispatch estimates and delivery estimates are stated in the Shipping Policy or shown before checkout. Unless expressly identified as guaranteed, dispatch and delivery periods are estimates and may vary with the delivery pincode, order verification, carrier operations, holidays and events beyond reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate and serviceable delivery address and a reachable contact channel. Please notify us promptly if an address correction is needed. A correction may not be possible after dispatch.
We may ship an order in more than one package if this is reasonably necessary. We will not charge an undisclosed additional shipping or Cash on Delivery fee because an order is split.
Nothing in these Terms or the Shipping Policy removes any statutory remedy for late delivery, non-delivery, damage, short delivery or goods that do not match their description.
11. Cancellation, return, replacement and refund
The Return, Exchange and Refund Policy explains:
- when an order may be cancelled;
- which products are eligible for a change-of-mind return or exchange;
- the applicable request period;
- the condition in which an item must be returned;
- how to make a request and what reasonable evidence may be needed;
- who pays return shipping;
- whether a replacement or exchange is available; and
- how and when an approved refund is processed.
A product-specific exception must be disclosed clearly on the relevant product page before purchase. A product described as non-returnable for change of mind may still qualify for a remedy where it is defective, deficient, unsafe, spurious, expired, damaged in transit, materially different from its description, incorrectly supplied or delivered later than agreed where the delay is not excused by law.
A request period or evidence requirement helps us investigate the issue but will not be applied to defeat a non-waivable statutory right. Any approved refund will be made to the original payment method or another lawful method agreed with you. Bank or payment-provider settlement may take additional time after RHAMA initiates the refund.
12. Personal data we collect and why we collect it
Depending on how you interact with RHAMA, we may collect or receive:
- your name, telephone number and email address;
- billing and delivery addresses;
- account identifiers and preferences;
- products viewed, cart activity and checkout activity;
- order, payment-status, delivery, cancellation, return and refund details;
- transaction references and limited payment information;
- device, browser, network, cookie, IP-address and Website-usage information;
- customer-service, chat and complaint communications;
- reviews or content you choose to submit; and
- records of communication choices, consent, withdrawal and suppression.
We collect information directly from you, automatically through the Website, or from service providers that support the storefront, checkout, payments, communications, customer service, fraud prevention and delivery.
We use the information only for disclosed and lawful purposes, including:
- operating the Website, cart and checkout;
- creating and protecting an account;
- verifying, processing and delivering an order;
- preventing fraud and maintaining security;
- providing customer support;
- processing cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds;
- maintaining tax, accounting, transaction and compliance records;
- improving Website reliability and customer experience; and
- sending optional incomplete-checkout assistance or marketing only where the relevant consent or permission exists.
We seek to collect only information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose. We may share the necessary information with Shopify and with checkout, payment, communications, customer-support, analytics, cloud, fraud-prevention and courier providers acting for us, as explained in the Privacy Policy. We do not authorise a provider to use the information for an unrelated purpose merely because it received the information from RHAMA.
The Privacy Policy explains data categories, purposes, recipients, retention, security, international processing, customer choices, applicable rights and the complaint route in more detail.
13. Calls, SMS, WhatsApp and email
13.1 Placed-order and service communications
If you place an order or ask for support, RHAMA and service providers acting for us may contact you by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp or email as reasonably necessary for:
- an OTP or account-security message;
- order or Cash on Delivery verification;
- payment or fraud-prevention checks;
- dispatch, tracking and delivery;
- cancellation, return, replacement or refund;
- a safety notice or product recall; and
- customer support you requested.
These communications must remain related to the order, safety or requested service and must not be used as disguised promotional communication.
13.2 Optional incomplete-checkout contact
If you make a separate affirmative and optional choice during checkout, RHAMA and service providers acting for us may use the contact details and cart or checkout information you provided to contact you about that incomplete checkout through the channels stated in the choice. Those channels may include phone call, SMS, WhatsApp or email.
This choice is not required to place an order. Merely visiting the Website, accepting these Terms, starting checkout, receiving an OTP, or having a number auto-filled is not by itself consent to incomplete-checkout outreach.
Unless a shorter period is required by law or stated in the notice, the optional choice applies for no more than seven days from the relevant digital checkout or inquiry. It ends earlier if the checkout purpose is completed or you withdraw.
13.3 Optional marketing
RHAMA may send offers, launches, product updates or other promotional communications only where RHAMA has a valid consent or permission and the communication is permitted by applicable law and telecom preferences.
Marketing permission is separate from order processing, customer support and incomplete-checkout assistance. It is not a condition of purchase. Where the interface permits, you may choose among email, SMS, WhatsApp and promotional calls rather than accepting every channel together.
13.4 Withdrawal and opt-out
You may withdraw an optional communication choice by:
- using the unsubscribe or opt-out method in the communication;
- emailing
support@rhama.co; or - telling our caller that you do not wish to receive further optional contact.
We will apply the request to the relevant optional communication and maintain a suppression record needed to honour it. Withdrawing optional marketing or incomplete-checkout contact does not prevent an order, safety, legal or customer-requested support communication that is still reasonably necessary.
13.5 Communication records and call recording
For compliance, complaint handling and suppression, we may retain a record of the date, time, source, purpose, wording version, selected channel and status of a communication choice and any later withdrawal, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable retention requirements.
If a customer call is recorded, the caller must disclose the recording at the start of the call. Access, use and retention of a recording will be restricted in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
14. Reviews and customer content
You retain ownership of a review, image, message or other content you submit. You grant RHAMA a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate and moderate the relevant Website feature, present the review with the relevant product, promote the product using the genuine review, and maintain records required by law.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, fabricated, abusive, defamatory or unrelated. We may reject, label, restrict or remove content for a documented moderation reason. We do not promise to publish every review. RHAMA will not knowingly create, buy or present a fabricated review as a genuine customer experience.
15. Intellectual property and permitted use
The Website and its original text, images, designs, logos, trade marks and software are owned by or licensed to RHAMA and are protected by applicable law. You may access the Website for lawful personal shopping and information.
You must not:
- copy or commercially exploit protected Website content without permission;
- impersonate another person or misuse another person's account;
- interfere with Website security or operation;
- introduce malicious code;
- conduct automated extraction at a scale that disrupts the Website;
- manipulate price, coupon, review or checkout functions;
- place a fraudulent order; or
- use the Website for an unlawful purpose.
16. Third-party services and links
The Website uses third-party services for storefront hosting, checkout, payment, communications, analytics, customer support and delivery. A provider may apply its own terms and privacy notice to a service it independently controls.
The Website may also contain links to external websites. A link does not by itself mean that RHAMA endorses or controls the third party. We remain responsible for obligations that applicable law places on RHAMA and do not avoid those obligations merely because we use a service provider.
17. Website availability, consumer rights and liability
We take reasonable steps to keep the Website available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the absence of every minor technical error. If a technical issue affects an order, we will address the order in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for an indirect business loss that was not reasonably foreseeable from the consumer transaction.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or a remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability or remedies relating to:
- statutory consumer rights;
- product liability;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- wilful misconduct or gross negligence;
- personal injury caused by negligence;
- breach of applicable personal-data duties; or
- an express product or service promise that formed part of the transaction.
18. Security, fraud prevention and account restriction
We may proportionately restrict an account, transaction or Website feature where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, security misuse, unlawful activity or a material breach of these Terms. Where lawful and practicable, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us.
An account restriction does not cancel an accepted order, refund obligation or statutory right unless the order is also lawfully cancelled.
19. Events beyond reasonable control
Neither party is responsible for a delay or failure caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, such as a natural disaster, government restriction, transport disruption, widespread telecommunications failure, civil disturbance or other comparable event. This section does not permit RHAMA to retain payment indefinitely where an order cannot be fulfilled or remove a remedy required by applicable law.
20. Complaints and grievance redressal
For an order or customer-care issue, contact:
- Email:
support@rhama.co - Telephone:
+91 98108 36934
For a formal grievance, contact:
- Grievance Officer: J. Singh
- Email:
support@rhama.co - Telephone:
+91 93117 79652 - Address: B16, Portion-B, Keshopur Industrial Area, West Delhi, Delhi 110018, India
Please include your name, order number if applicable, contact details and a clear description of the issue. We may request information reasonably needed to verify identity or investigate the complaint.
We aim to acknowledge a consumer grievance within 48 hours and resolve it within one month from receipt, subject to any shorter period required by applicable law.
Nothing in this grievance process prevents you from using the National Consumer Helpline, a competent Consumer Commission, your telecom service provider's unsolicited-commercial-communication complaint process, the Data Protection Board when the relevant provisions apply, or another remedy available under law.
21. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi will have jurisdiction over disputes to the extent that a court-selection term is legally permitted.
This section does not restrict a consumer's right to approach a Consumer Commission or another competent authority or forum available under applicable law.
22. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for a legal, security, operational or service change. We will publish the revised text with its effective date and provide any further notice required by law.
A material change will not retrospectively remove a right that arose under the version applying to an earlier accepted order.
23. General provisions
If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent legally possible. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
These Terms, the policies incorporated into them, the final checkout summary, the order confirmation and any product-specific condition disclosed before purchase form the agreement for an order placed through the Website.
